Kent Krumvieda's Tarracina Port

He published a limited run back in the late 80's. In his foreword, he said it could be placed in Greyhawk, Mystara, or Judges Guild's Wilderlands setting. Does anyone here have experience with Tarracina Port? I'm looking for feedback to help me decide if I should keep it or not.
For those familiar with it, I do not have CS1 or 2 and would be integrating it into Mystara. ... hence my question.
