Moving in Armor

Everyone knows that plate armor = encumbrance.
It's like having cinder blocks strapped to your torso, arms and legs, right?

Wow, those actions, with the exception of trying to jump on that piece of gymnastic equipment subbing for a horse, were impressive. And that flip that guy did was Very impressive.
Maybe in 6E there will be some rules about cutting down on plate mail encumberance with high strength and constitution scores. Hell from what I saw in that video maybe even dexterity should be included in that discussion.
