The group might/could be Lawful in nature, but the indiviuals with in it may not be.
This also depends on point of view. Those on the 'recieving' end of the Seals may not see what they do as being Lawful anything.

most of my players play the same alignment; their characters are basically themselves in attitude and philosophy. maybe they are just bad actors or don't want to play other alignments. i generally hold the players accountable on their alignments, though.
