Here's the way I see it: The idea that everyone must work to survive--not just live well, mind you, but actually not die--is a flawed system that will eventually fail entirely. Consider this. Every year the population goes up. There were only 4.6 billion people on the planet when I was born in 1982....

As someone who lives in America, I have no idea what you are even talking about Cole. Did you know I haven't been to see a doctor in over a decade, becaus...

Oh, man. I have that issue with the Garfield crossover! I had completely forgotten about it until just now.

Re: Intercompany crossovers (preferably comics)
Sorry, the only comics I ever read were TMNT when I was a kid. And I don't remember them ever having crossovers.

I watched Cloak and Dagger, Runaways and Gifted, too. Too bad all three have since been canceled.

Yeah, it's a shame they never made a second season. I suppose short of tracking down a translation of the light novels, the story ends there.

She played the president on Supergirl a couple of years back. I think she's still got it.

Re: Live action superhero, fantasy and sci fi shows
Mostly Carter fights secret spy organizations, like Leviathan or the Secret Empire, all while having to deal with real world issues of the time, like misogyny. I do remember at least one villain who develops super powers in the second season; but it's been a long time, so I might have forgotten othe...

Carter herself has no powers, no. She's simply human. Mostly it's a spy thriller and a period piece.

I've never funded one before, but I have benefited from their existence. I've played Pillars of Eternity and Pathfinder Kingmaker, which were both made with Kickstarters.

Wow, makes the Ren Faire I go to every year (although probably not this year, come to think of it) seem downright dinky in comparison.

Re: Isekai, do you know them? Which are your favourite?
Grimgar has some somewhat perverted scenes in the 2nd episode but dont let that stop you from enjoying the beautiful drawings and trying to get up with the theme (I find it a little slow but it does give me hope for what's coming). Yeah, that was my one complaint of the show. It can go a little ove...

New Hegdeh, let me know how you like them.
Garhkal, it's a genre where a person (or group of people) are transported to another world (usually a high fantasy one) and must learn to adapt. Technically speaking, the old D&D cartoon from the 80's was an isekai, for instance.
