Re: Deep thought of the day:

I guess that depends on your definition of "socialism" J.M. I quickly googled the word and it apparently falls into multiple categories. Myself, I was referring to the recent push in the USA and Canada for everything to be given away, free of charge for all who want it. Eg: Free homes for ...

That's exactly what's happening. Everyone feels they deserve a free ride. Again, that's where socialism gets you.

Re: Deep thought of the day:

I hear yeah. In 2020 the world took a sharp turn for the worse. American politics aside, I see nothing good in the future. My kids are going to be paying for this covid bs the rest of their lives. I'm hoping to set them up and give them the ability to let them live in another country of their choosi...

I currently watch Stargirl, the boys, DCs legends of tomorrow and DC Titans. Stargirl being my fav because of the uniqueness. It's DCs best work by far.

Now that's talent, driving and reading a book at the same time

Re: Server Back Online! NWN 2020

Note to past players. For some reason the new updates have forced characters into "new vault" folders and I cannot get them by name any longer. If you log in and don't see your characters, PM me your username "in game" and I'll move your characters into your new vault.

Server Back Online! NWN 2021

I was finally able to go to another city and grab my server, bring it home, update and restore it once again to live. Patch up your game and check it out folks. Beam Dog has finally got their shit together and fixed a ton of features/code. The keyhole element is now working on PC and the overall gam...

Re: NPC/World Generator

In a generator of such I'd like to see "backgrounds" for particular NPC's of importance. Random weapons/gear on important NPCs. Perhaps random contacts among these NPCs, IE some are friends with each other. But overall... the word RANDOM is key... the more random it is, the better. So the ...

Re: 0.3b Features to Come!

You just need to have a DM/GM they log in and run a game just like they were sitting at a table. We use skype so there is almost no typing unless you need to send a PM to a player or DM.

I'm already finding most people are very private and are to scared to even test the room. Sad thing indeed.

Re: What's worse than drunk players? Yup

really? that's interesting. Perhaps your groups were not as serious as our typically are. I think I've become accustom to myself as a DM running semi-serious or very serious game sessions and that is now what I expect as a player. Maybe I can't be a player :( and just maybe that's why I'm never a pl...

What's worse than drunk players? Yup

Well, I thought I'd try being a player again. This time another game, rather than DND. First session was smooth and enjoyable, second session though...not so much. GM seemed off and as the night went on, the drunker he got. Wasn't long until he couldn't remember his own plot, couldn't complete sente...

Yup, eventually. Right now it's for D&D 1e/2e , 3e, 5E, and I'm about to add my own RPG to it as well called Rise of Heroes. Screen shot attached.

0.3b Icon Helper!

Well, I'm not much for maps with mini's in real life, but online this kind of feature can be a valuable resource for all DM's. In 0.1 we introduce the strat map AKA the battlemap. This is where a DM can upload any map in seconds and then begin pegging down icons readying the map for the game. In 0.3...

0.3b DM Full Game Save Options!

It's a done deal! This might be one of the best features to date. DM's can now open their settings screen and download OR search through the full game dialog instantly. DM's have the choice of downloading in PDF, EXCEL or CSV after the game's completion.
