Original Magic Items with a Twist
Any of you had a magic item with a strange eccentric effect or side effect? Those are way, way more cool and fun with their alternate properties that could enlighten or change the course of the action. You don’t need to change any regular item much or go overboard on an item creation for a mechanism...

Re: Gamer Chicks?
My personal "gamer chick" is just awesome. She paints, builds and buys terrain, buys books whenever I want em, runs her own game, Buys me dice, sews me dice bags, and wow is she ever hot. She works out too. A Goddess who can discuss D&D, watch my kind of movies, R.P. like a big dog, c...

Re: Who is actually Gaming?
I'm blessed with a very stable tabletop gaming group... and I'm very thankfull about it! My issues are...with time... #1 A few are limited in their ability to role-play anything but 1 or 2 personas, styles or classes  #2 They(at one or two exceptions) only want to play fantasy D&D 3.5, not...

Re: Gamer Chicks?
My current Chat GM in a homebrewed post-apocalyptic setting using D20 Modern + Post-Apocalypse supplement is leaving in fear and excitement of what my character might do next... :P Not sure it is entirely because I’m a female gamer or I’m simply weird and unstable. Surely a bit of both! I'm naturall...

Re: Who is actually Gaming?
I must admit in some case LOCATION is the key for gaming survival... :welcome: You need a critical mass to find players or at least some probies you can slowly convert. Even in that case, people have to be compatible. You may have to endure various situations to keep gaming. If you are lucky, you ca...

Re: Polyhedron Dice
I must be cheap... I still have my dad's classsic sets... the ones you needed to put colored wax on to see clearly the numbers. I also picked up various left overs after years of gaming and collected seveval (almost)complete sets. So I have a strange assortment of dices, among them a very large numb...

Re: Dice towers
Nothing is better in the middle of a game than the noise of handling and throwing dices along :knight: the action packed storyline! SO.. I keep rolling them as it was done generations after ganerations and as it was past down for one player to another... Lets Roll and lets role... people...! Éli, :c...
