This is one thing that 3ed changed. There's no longer infravision, but Low-Light Vision and Dark Vision (Dark Sight? Can't remember what it's called specifically). Low-Light vision allows a character to see with minimal light, where as the other allows a character to see in pitch black.

I prefer my Homebrew worlds. The Godhunter world was an interesting, dark place with low magic and lots of religious intrigue. Everdark was a world overrun by undead. Picture the movie "Land of the Dead" except in a medieval setting. Tech-Mage was my favorite. It's more or less a pseudo-mo...

Not exactly. I mean, Knights of the Rose were the equivalent of Paladins, so they were pretty rare and they had quite a bit of interaction with the Clerics. In DL, clerics had direct communication with their deities.....

I remember the Cloak of Resistance to Heat! It was in a Dragonlance novel and was worn by one of the Knights of the Rose. They were the knights for Takhisis and wore black plate mail all the time. To endure that, they also work Cloaks of Heat Resistance.

Wow! That is a sticky situation. I think it would have to include how his family treated the slaves when they were growing up, too. If the paladin's parents treated the slaves like animals, it would be likely that the paladin would feel some sort of remorse for them. If they were simply treated like...

I had tried the older version of Werewolf, and I DLed the newest books for it. I'd have to say that the newest edition looks really, really good. The battles are more intense and lend themselves more to roleplaying than other systems.

I had to go back and look at the size category again. It says 7' tall, but you only use 5-10 garlic bulbs? Where does the rest of it's mass come from?

When I first read it, I pictured a little 7" high golem bouncing around, making people gag!

Chaotic Evil would be rather nasty. They'd be domineering, abusive, and sadistic. I can only see this working as someone quite maniacal, like a mass murderer or a total anarchist. They'd delight in nothing more than watching the world burn....actually, now that I think about it, the Joker from The D...

I had one of my character smote by a PC paladin! :P Granted I went into a home where a vampire had taken a young girl hostage and killed her because she was bitten! How was I supposed to know she could be saved? I was a barbarian!
