I see that this character will obvi knock on the front door and suffer 100d12 damage plus a save vs death at -19 and thus not even get to enter said Labyrinth Because he rolled a Nat 1. Twice.

That's why you always want a party member with 'raise dead'
although you should be careful, Ke'Sha (BishGada's character) has a very different view of what that means

Starting hp for Axid [_15d6+94]=(4+5+6+6+2+1+6+1+1+4+1+1+5+6+4)=53+94=147 94 is the con bonus+ hp bonus at high lvl above 10th plus max 1st lvl.
