So the skeleton would have stepped over first (avoiding contact) then the quasits, then Ke'Sha. I think everyone else has indicated they will avoid the last step, and of course he can control his own undead to do so as well

Sounds like a good sentence to put in the list of "famous last sentences"
But I agree. With the "pact" it is hard to kill Ke'Sha.
