Zafron wants to continue searching the other walls not the hallway.

After another 20 minutes, Zafron finishes searching the rest of the south wall and the west wall. Sorril and Van pitch in and search the East wall and the Eastern half of the south wall.

Time is 12:10 pm, just a little past noon

Van will go around the whole room looking for doors, that he personally hasn't searched.
"While I help the elder here why don't you go check out the hallway Bryce?"

"Since we are not finding anything let's start to go into the hallway. Bryce how about you lead the way?"

I'll double check since you two are always so thorough... also lets me not be in the trap you are going to set off!" He chuckles, hoping he isn't predicting the future.

"Maybe the keyhole is in another room, or in the last vat which is still full with... things... and murk... err..." Galan makes faces while looking intently on the full vat trying to identify it's content. "By the way, anyone have usage for the acid?"

Bryce spends the next Half hour prodding the floor and examining the walls as he continues around the corner, down a set of stairs and around yet another corner. Part way through the stomachs of several members of the party begin to growl as the anticipated lunch is not yet received. Van continues to check the room and finds nothing beyond what has already been discovered.

Bryce returns to the group, Well, it turns and goes down and turns again. I found another pit... but this one wasn't hidden at all. It's about twenty feet long and the hallway continues on the other side.

The pit lies 10 feet deep, filled with spikes.

"So no usage for the acid. Even not to digest our lunch?" he smiles. "Let's make something..." he says while removing the backpack and search for rations and anything to improve the general taste of the meal and share it with the group. "I suggest that after we eat, we empty the first vat to see if we miss something there, and I pretty disappointed we met no mummy or got the knowledge how to create mummies. But that's life..."
Once he finish eating he plays a relaxed tune on the mandolin to ease their mind for a little while.

so we are near the second pit? need to check the walls again... and there is reference to keys, so it might be keys on the path or for the throne... might be that the key operates something with the throne and then the throne is a key by itself, maybe some mechanism that might move and fit somewhere else...

"Let head to the pit and see what we are dealing with." says Zafron.

How do you want to empty it? It is shallow, but there is still just as much liquid as the larger vats. Bryce asks, as he eats

"Zaf! You thirsty?!?"

"For some beer yes but not that strange liquid . " Zafron will also eat some of his rations and drink some water.

"Well, I think it was less acidic than the content of the middle vat, right? Anyone have spare helmet?" Galan asks planning to use it to move the content from the first vat to the third, now empty vat. "Faladair, can you still shape the stone of the vats?"
