Char gen clarification:
If 3d4 gives 12, then point buy is max +6 on this to hit the 18 cap. Fine.

Does racial sit on top of that?
e.g. Halflings get +2 DEX so if DEX 18+2=20.

I might want to play a wizard, is it OK? I thought of Half-Orc or Fiend race. Is it acceptable or interfere with the plot?

Wizard is a great choice. Any race is available, other than ones with natural flight.

USS campaign is 314.

These cities are gathering places for all the people of the lands, so no race really stands out.

That was what I saw when I linked GeeGee in Unseen Servant to the campaign ID #314 for your game here.

Apparently it should have been #413. Only one word for that. Doh!
