"I will need enough time to make preparations to the Protector, so he will grant me my healing magic again." He will sigh. "I agree waiting may seem like a mistake, but they also may not be expecting it. If we rest somewhere we can intercept anyone coming to bolster their ranks, at least we know they will not get any stronger."

"We take a short rest, long enough to heal." Katten states stroking Dran wishing Dillosel were with her, pawing away the tear that welled in her eye as she thinks of her friend.

"Sure. You can choose," the dark elf replies. "But preferably a shadowed place."

"Eight Hours?" Katten asks, deflated, "People not injured, not needing time to ask gods for spells help prisoners leave. I wait with God people, keep them safe." She states from her position still hugging Dran before she withdraws her bow, checks her arrows and sets about re-purposing those that remain. She doesn't order anyone, instead she sits cross-legged on the hard floor.

The prisoners stand ready to follow, looking expectantly towards the exit.

When location inailed down, Linear will seek a dark corner or niche and hide himself (HS) therein before trancing.

"I would prefer if we all went outside. This spot seems to beg for problems when they come to check on the hostages." Nocturno will communicate in Elven to include Linar in on the conversation.

Lunar smiles sympathetically, nods a thanks for the translation, and looks across to Katten for direction.

Katten lingers, barely moving her eyes glancing to the passageway repeatedly. "Get so far, then need to go back. Feel like salmon swimming upriver. Never reach goal." Shrugging she shoulders her bow and leads Dran onwards. "We go back."

She was so close to finding him, so close. Each movement of the sun felt like a step away, even more than the steps they made her take to return.
