Thanks. I know nocturno said you had asked him to help you, but it's always good to have final approval from the Player

Pik made it seem amazing in the other Puzzle Dungeon. We will see what the almighty GM says.

basically sny time the person with danger sense is about to trigger a trap or be ambushed an automatic secret check is made. if he passes the chsracter gets a sudden 'bad feeling' about the area ahead/item about to be interacted with. kind of like a "spidey sense" ;)

pik had a 90% chance to pass his (NWP score 18)
Bryce has a 60% chance to pass (NWP score 12)

but it's a free secret check every time for that one player

hehehe, yes indeed! and i have big plans for it ^_^

Bryce would note that when he spotted the seam, his 'danger sense' did not go off. Since i figure he has had the skill for some time now, he could either infer that
a) standing next to the wall had nothing to do with what triggers it
b) his danger sense did not go off this time (which he probably knows by now he he has a slightly better than 50/50 chance for it to warn him)

It would appear Bryce has a rather impetuous brother. I will be playing Bryce as knowing such as well as knowing to get the hell out of his brothers way when such behavior crops up.

Part way through his investigation, suddenly the Dwarf feels a sudden lurch as he is magically transported!

Abruptly he finds himself in a bare, rectangular room the same size and shape as the one that appeared just beyond the arch! [10x20]
Two main differences make themselves immediately apparent. For one, an 8 foot tall gargoyle looms in the other half of this chamber, arms poised to strike! Only a moment passes before Bryce realizes that this is, in-fact, but a immaculately carved statue! The work has four arms, though one lies palm-up on the floor; having been broken from the main body.

The second feature that distinguishes this room from the other is the fact that the wall in the corner beyond the statue has collapsed, revealing another passage...

"Bryce thank the gods you are ok." "Let's take a lot at that statue. Try not to trigger anything I don't want it to come to life." "I will take a peek at that passage."
