Sure, i'll let the pearl of power stack with a single ioun stone.

Since theyre 'bought' and not random i'll say:
Girdle of hill giant str 2,000 xp
Girdle of Stone Giant str 2,500 xp
Girdle of Frost Giant str 3,000 xp

So you have 28 points to add to your base stats, max of 7 in any one before racial and equipment modifiers

Sweet, well if I use the previous roll I won't probably need to stack the two, but good to know.

So, question for this one. The Pearl of Wisdom does not have the limitation of only going to 18 like the Ioun Stone. Could the character be wearing the Ioun Stone going from 17 to 18, then using the Pearl of Wisdom to get up to 19? Or does the permanent affect of the Pearl get "applied" before the Ioun Stone, which means it would not stack as I am trying to do?

That's an interesting question, and i might want to take a while to think aabout it normally; but for the purposes of this specific campaign I will say he could reach 19 by stacking in proper order. Sure.

The problem is that the pearl takes a period of time to acclimate to the user i believe, while the ioun stone only has effect when in use and hovering about the caster's head. If the use of ioun stone is interrupted, reapplying it wouldnt put him back at 19. And i'll have to check if the pearl must reacclimate or not if removed for long

I get it, if the Ioun stone gets knocked off... I would have to take off the Pearl for like 2 weeks I think to get back to 19. Saying no wouldn't have rained on my parade, but I really always do appreciate you working with me.

The extra spells are kind of whatever, but the spell communities that can start happening with high Wis are super nice.

Could I try to throw together a Priesthood based on Clanggedin Silverbeard, seems to the dwarven god of battle in greyhawk.

I can put together to do most of the work, and you can see if it is fair.

i'll take a longer look at the proposed priesthood later.
My initial thought is that since it is battle focused i dont see a problem with boosting necromancy for healing purposes (more fights more wounds amiright? lol)
