yes, so it will be 1 follower per player at a time. Tabitha will be with Zafron when they enter the tomb. so we have 3 or 4 pcs, which will make it a group of 6-8 characterz at a time

Do the pcs and npcs have a history going back a few levls of adventuring?

Like could Van and Sorril have a few tanking tactics preplanned?

i would say that is up to each player. my instinct is that each follower would have been with their pc for a few years, but i'll leave that up to you guys
