Interesting; not explicitly cited anywhere that I've seen and I have most of the published HM stuff (apart from the Existential Evil module which is about $150, i.e. too expensive.)

How about this: you can choose the number of quirks and flaws that you want to roll (1, 2 or 3) and you get twice as many BP as they would give you. (Warning, you have no BP to buy back a roll, so only 1 re-roll if you're in GH and that would use your Mulligan from the next "session", i.e. after you get back to Namaran.)

Afterthought: On thinking about it though, using up the (next session's) Mulligan that way that isn't a huge loss as you're about to auto-level (after you make these wishes from the treasure xp) and then at Level 2 you drop out of GH.

Honour calculation always rounds down, but I'm going to give you +1 for doing all the housekeeping so efficiently, so this time add +4 actual honour to char sheet.
Majority was gained while in GH. (RAW it's actually grey area, so in practice I tend to go with whether I 'feel' it's deserved or not.)
So, yes, deserved, apply GH fo xp.

Traing for BBI is 1500gps (times current level) plus the fee for a concurrent taining course paid for in advance.
Loans are available but will detract from honour and incur interest.
Training schools (kobars) are available all over the place (effectively off stage left).
There is a University in Prompeldia that would give you, as a native', a significant discount, varies between 15% and 25%
