Could Jerry know of Lycanthropy?

Sure, it's not rare in FR. She may not know much aside from the usual. But since coming here she has seen a couple of animal/people combos (the were jackals, couple of different types of wolf men, etc).

She might know some injuries result in the victim being cursed with lycanthropy (but not always. It's seemingly random) other types do not convey the curse

TBH the latter possibility is what I was seeking permission to use IC

the garlic is 1cp per bulb. how much does she want?
stake prices will depend on how long she wants them (like a chair leg? walking stick, spear? quarterstaff? etc)
she would know something about 18" long can be effective

So does Jerry get this equipment?
Stakes and a small mallet if need be and the garlic?
Is wolfbane available?
Did Pyros many to acquire and garlics in his inimitable manner?
Merrick seems quiet; is he in a mood with Jerry?

The garlic has already been added to her sheet, and so far pyros' fingers haven't been in them ;). i'll add the four stakes in a moment.
The wolfsbane probably would be pretty difficult if not impossible to find in-town.
Merrick has been pondering the situation (and i've been swamped at work, lol)

While Mira is tending to her friend's ceremony, Jerry decides to have a poke around ouside: a perimeter sweep if nothing else. She tries to co-opt Merrick to keep her company (and hopefully safe).

Ok, is she mostly sweeping the area right around the building of the Grand Hall itself? Or if not, how wide of an area?

The area right around the building of the Grand Hall itself and then see how long that has taken.

Depending on how thorough she is being, it takes about 15-20 mins and she draws a few looks. Merrick accompanies her and makes some excuses, something about misplacing an item and admiring the architecture.

Let's get an observation nwp roll at say -4 (so roll vs 15 instead of 19)

observation 19-4=15, [1d20]=8
Margin of success: 7
