Director Jackson Stevens
Standing at 6'4", this imposing figure worked his way up to director with a nearly flawless mission record. He has captured many superhumans. He is currently retired from field work.

Agent Josh Hunt

Assigned by the Director to assist the PC's, Agent Hunt is the best and brightest recruit that the Academy has produced in years. He wields a heavy pistol and body armor in combat. Accomplished Driver, he has a sweet car given by the Agency. Experienced in superhuman and normal human combat.

Talon

Jake Richards, president and CEO of Dragon Tech, Inc. is one of the world's smartest men. When he was a child, his parents were stabbed to death by a mysterious hooded figure. Horrified, he spent his childhood advancing in school. Jake hates all lethal weapons, such as knives and guns. He didn’t know if he’d cut as a genius until he scored a 37 on his ACT (OOC: Yes, I know the possible high score is 36). He graduated from college with four masters in two years, and began his company. Using his resources, he trained and became Talon, the eagle-based crime fighter, wielding an advanced techno suit and a bo-staff. He has one rule: No one dies. As Batman once said, “If you kill a murderer, the number of murderers on the planet remain the same.”
