As the dueling daggers continue, the crewmen manages to score a lucky hit, taking the pirate down. Agemmon is stabilized by a lucky break when the pirate that was shot tried to escape.

A crewmen next to Jacen gets taken down, but Jacen tackles the man immediately after, taking the two down. A few more swings were made, but no one else was hit... except.

The Quartermaster stands back up, removing the cutlass from he shoulder. Tossing it aside, she manages to take down the Pirate Captain.

Jacen pins the pirate's sword arm down, and punches him in the balls.

(OOC: Ok no. Not even going to use that as a viable option. I mean, I get this is D&D, but I'd like to keep a semblance of 'kid-friendly' in here )

Round 5
(OOC: They literally all failed the Morale check this round, except the runner. (He failed it a round before.) Almost 50% of their force was down, their Captain got RKO'd, and some were damaged.)

With the Captain now down, some of the nearby pirates stop moving. The pirate on the run from the crewmen continues to run around the ship, evading the cutlass-wielding man. The Quartermaster is moving back to the stairs, and Jacen continues to beat down on the pirate, as all of the other pirates drop their weapons, attempting to protect their captain.

Agemmon, having been stabilized, would be in need of medical treatment, or a healer. Some of the other crewmen also lie bleeding on the ground.

Jacen, seeing as all resistance had ceased, called for rope and medics. "Stabilize all of them!" he calls. "Even the pirates." He moves to the nearest dying man.

The crewmen chasing the pirate heard Jacen's orders, managing to grab the running pirate. "We're done here, go help your friends." the pirate looks at him, "But... why would you......" The crewmen just stares at him, "No choice. Captain's orders."

As Jacen looks around, the Crewmen begin helping the pirates and the pirates that were standing helped their captain. One of the pirates decided to help one of the downed crewmen. He also notices that the Quartermaster is no where to be seen, most likely going back to her 'home.' One of the ship's 'medics' comes up and begins tending to the First Mate.

The Pirate Captain, having been stabilized, looks over to Jacen, "Why would you help someone who raided you?.. It doesn't seem like the deeds of a pirate."

"If I kill you in combat, fine. I'll lose no sleep. But I will not kill a man who has already lost." Jacen grabs the man's sword. "All your cargo and weapons are mine though. If you'd care to join me in my meeting room, we can discuss further. Your men will be attended to."

The Pirate Captain looks around, signalling for his men to stand down, as some where still a bit confused. Some of them lay put their remaining weapons down, while others nudge them into a pile.

"I will attend your meeting, but I must ask what you plan to do with us after?" he says, sending one of his able pirates back to their ship.

As Agemmon sits up, he notices the pirate captain, "What did I miss?"

"Where is your man going?"

The captain looks at Jacen, "I've sent him to grab the list of what we have left. We are just a simple band of pirates that raid ships, and these last few weeks have been very... uneventful."

As the medics tend to crewmen and pirate alike, they all begin to stand up, staring at each other. One of the crewmen starts picking up the dropped weapons and placing them into the pile.

"Your crew... Well... I won't execute you. Rest assured. We could haul you to port and turn you in. What do you think?"

The Captain sits, laughing. "You do realize that you'd get nabbed the second you try to do that."

"Nah, I have go-betweens. Or... we could take all your food but a day's worth, all of your weapons and turn you loose. "

The captain continues laughing, "I believe your methods need some work. Only a day's worth is enough to reach Theelon, and much like you, we have our ways as well."

"Oh, I know. But it will be a bit more fun if we... say..." he calls his magic rope out of its pouch and dangles him from his feet from the crow's nest. "Leave you hanging, so to speak."

The rope magically slithers out of the pouch, wrapping around the man's feet, and attaching itself to the crow's nest. The man is hanging, cursing out of shock and utter confusion. "What the---?!?"

As the man hangs, trying to free himself, the pirate that was sent over returns with a piece of paper, and a small chest. Noticing the captain, he drops the items and runs to free the man.
