Just thought I'd comment here real quick and say everything looks great so far. You've mentioned acrobat so I'm thinking larger city but will wait to see your back story before getting tied to any specific choices.

Sorry about the delay. Both my wife and son got extremely sick, so I've been takin care of them. Haven't had a chance to get on. Here is my bio.

From a young age it was clear that Magnus Slog was not your typical half elf. From an early age his parents knew that the family business was not for him. His human father was a merchant who had fallen in love with an eleven maiden. She had been cast out by her father and ended up in the town of Hymar. Magnus was their only child, and they knew his life would be difficult. His parents hid his elven heritage as much as they could, something his mother had tried to do as well. Everything changed when a necromancer came to the town looking for an elven maiden, which turned out to be his mother. The necromancer laid waste to the town, with only Magnus and a few other children that were able to escape. When they returned to the town later, they found that everyone had been killed and enslaved by the powerful necromancer.

Magnus tried to stay with the others from the town but when they found out about his elven heritage he became an outcast and left on his own. After the death of his parents, and his status as an outcast he began to care less and less about societies laws. He eventually fell in with a group of traveling circus performers where he tried to learn all that he could.

Eventually he bored of life as a circus performer... It didn't help that he was constantly stealing from his fellow performers. After narrowly being dealt circus justice Magnus realized hat heading out on his own was the best choice. Now he's a traveling performer who will lighten everyone's purse... Whether they want him to or not...

Mira was kind enough to mention to me that there is a 3.5e character sheet program on the main Planet ADND website if you'd like to make one and provide a link. Either way works for me

I am thinking that Kaldane would a good starting area for Magnus after escaping from "circus justice". The outskirts of town on the road would be best, I think, so I can present it in all its glorious majesty

Sounds fine to me. I'll try putting the character in that form tonight.
