Jocelyn walks over to Oura, and uses her non magical healing to try to patch her up. "I wish I could do more for you," Jocelyn admits. "But I'm out of healing right now."

Leaving the bishop plug in place, Gallath returns to the heart door and looks it over carefully for any traps. He doesn't find any.

Meanwhile, Ouragana removes the half-orc's arrow from Ouragana's backside and begins patching her up. The poultice she applies helps to numb the pain and speed up the healing process.

Gallath attempts to search for traps on the heart door [TN 50%] (1d100): 67, fail. He finds no traps.
Jocelyn performs a healing check on Ouragana [TN 15] (1d20): 11, pass. She restores (1d3): 2 HP. Ouragana's HP improves from 50% to 75%.

"You would think you would be considering how much combat we have seen together," Jocelyn points out. "But, just try to stay out of the battlefield in general," she adds as she stands up. "How is that door coming along?" she calls out to the others.

"Uh, hey, guys..." Dahn says as he limps about the room in search of more traps, "I don't want to be a burden by slowing you down, but I'm pretty haggard, and a little worn out. Maybe we can take a break? The study room seems like a decent place to rest up."

After the battle Baeros looks around to see his friends condition. He goes to Brock and gives him a strong pet on the shoulder and then to Jocelyn, "How are you holding up?" he asks quietly.
For Dahn comment he responds, "I know we are in bad condition but we need to hurry up. If we don't return to the ship tomorrow, they might leave without us. With Thaddeus with us I'm not so sure but still... by the way Thaddeus, do you have any way to signal the ship that we are still fine? Do you have any way to communicate while some of the stuff are on voyages off the ship?"

Drav looks over to Baeros, "Maybe we can send a messenger down to them to say that we aren't dead? Maybe they will wait a little longer to see if we do live."

(OOC: Plus, If we rest, it ends, I do want to see what's in the room I'm planning on unlocking)

Granite looks the door over, but can't find anything amiss. Drav goes next, but he does spot something...a well hidden trap that is designed to spray acid directly in front of the door if it is triggered.

"I'm afraid I don't have any means of contacting the ship from here," Thaddeus admits. "But a small break might be advisable...maybe an hour, just to catch our breaths and perhaps have something to eat before continuing."

Drav steps back from the door, "Well, he must have wanted to keep this door closed. It has an acid trap on the door," he says. He then procedes to look at Gallath, "Do you have any skill in disarming traps? We could use it if you do."

Jocelyn glances up at Baeros as if she was slightly surprised someone asked her how she was doing. "Uh, I'm fine. Perhaps a little tired," she admits. "Resting in the studying for a little bit might be a good idea," she says. "But, keep in mind that there could be some healing potions and stuff hidden away in any of these rooms. We just need to disarm these traps and avoid fighting more of the armors."

Deciding to leave the acid trap for now, the group returns to the study, sits down and breaks out their food and water for a rather late breakfast to keep their strength up.
