Sorry for the slow posting as of late. Holiday season and some RL issues have almost derailed me as of late.
I've had a request to summarize some of the threads. I'll get one out shortly. There are multiple events and plots occurring simultaneously within the city. What points is there confusion with that you wish to have clarified?

Hey. I am helping install smoke detectors in sections of the city with the Red Cross, and handing out coats with Operation Warm, most of this week. Probably will be posting sporadically at best for a few more days.
