CH. 7: Voyage of the Bullring

[Jenara]

"The bath comment was meant tonuge in cheek." Arei replies quickly with a smirk, "I meant nothing by it."

[Breila]

"Will your voyage bring the Bullring any closer to Ketos?" Ouragana enquires. "If that is so, I would very much like to stay aboard and continue to help Thaddeus and learn from him. I should get home to the storm academy, there is still so much I need to know! And I would prefer to be on this ship rather than on an unknown one."

[HorizonsDream]

"Well, I think I'm going to go enjoy my day off," Jocelyn says. "Once again, thank you," she says to Sierra as she exits the room.

Naturally, now that everything has calmed down, she seeks out Noah.

[JadedDM]

Sierra nods. "As it turns out, we'll be passing by Ketos after we finish our business in Mond, so that shouldn't be a problem. I'm sure Thaddeus will be grateful for the assistance until then."

Jocelyn finds Noah down below, in the bunks, seeing to the wounded crew and paying final rites to the dead.

[Nuke]

Responding to Arei, Val says "Sure, we can both go for a ride, once she is better."

Turning to Sierra, she adds "You're welcome, and thanks."

Val just needs to check up on Mist before the chapter is closed. Maybe she can get a heal or two

[Jenara]

"Thank you Val. Come let's enjoy a rest."

[HorizonsDream]

"Are you okay?" Jocelyn asks Noah as she walks up to him. "And is there anything I can do to help?"

[JadedDM]

While Areilon leads Val back to the bunk to rest, Noah turns and nods wearily to Jocelyn. "Me? I'm fine. Spent the whole battle down here, so I never saw any danger. How about you?"

[Jenara]

Sitting on her cot Arei unsheaves Telsa and cleans the blade slowly, taking time to remove the blood with each stroke.

"Its funny, well not actually funny but more strange, this blade was taken from and Orc.. its the first time I have used it to taste orc blood..." shaking her head she leans over to the injured half orc..

"Anyway, what do you plan to do now? I think I will travel, see a few new places, and meet Andar as I promised, perhaps he will have recovered..."

[HorizonsDream]

"I'm okay. I mean, I'm not hurt or anything. Val was knocked out, but I managed to save her," Jocelyn explains as she kneels down to help Noah with the injured. "I had forgotten how chaotic ship battles could be."

[JadedDM]

"All battles are pretty chaotic, whether on land or sea," Noah states. "I haven't fought in many, but I've seen the aftermath in a few. It's never pretty, no matter who wins."

[Nuke]

"I don't know what to do. Bum around with Mist, maybe go home." Val sits and ponders a while before adding "We don't need a ship."

So, a year break, I don't really want to RP that.

[HorizonsDream]

"Oh, I know," Jocelyn states. "It is just, ship battles seem to be even more so than I remember. I guess I was of some help though, and we got the rest of the day off because of the help we provided."

[JadedDM]

"That's good," Noah says. "I was just finishing up here, so I suppose I'll have to report back to the galley now. Don't worry, I'll save some potatoes for you for tomorrow."

[Jenara]

"I have no issue if you want to join me, we made a good team fighting that dragon." Arei says with a grin, "If you want to that is." She adds pushing back her hair and sheaving her blade, "And I've gotten used to having you around."
