Re: The Merc Bar - Private thread for Angel and Liri
"Ah" Liri answers Eldon, rising her brows a little. After a little pause, she adds: "Yes, Angel and I came here with Elias, who is indeed an elf as well.
And you? Did you come here all alone, or are you part of a group as well?" she smiles.

"Well no, not really." He glances around the bar, these people tolerated him, nothing more. "I guess its fair to say its just me." Eldon gives her a curious look. "Ok, look I'm Curious, you two wouldn't give me the time of day a few moments ago."
Re: The Merc Bar - Private thread for Angel and Liri
"I?" Liri looks at Eldon with wide eyes. "I had asked you exactly the same question before, but you did not answer and walked away" she points out to him. "I had to follow you do get my answer."

Re: The Merc Bar - Private thread for Angel and Liri
"She scares me." He glances at Angel, "Not used to women like that."
Re: The Merc Bar - Private thread for Angel and Liri
Liri smiles and shakes her head. "She is no more scary than your average male merc."

Re: The Merc Bar - Private thread for Angel and Liri
"Well I haven't met many Mercs, or many Elves for that matter." He shrugs it off, trying not to look in Liri's eyes.
Re: The Merc Bar - Private thread for Angel and Liri
"You haven't met may Mercs? Then how come you are in a Merc bar?" Liri sounds incredulous. "We were challenged for not being Mercs when we walked through the door here."

Re: The Merc Bar - Private thread for Angel and Liri
"I mean't Merc's like her, and Elves are that common here either." He laughs a moment, "I do some entertaining here, juggling, stage magic you know the usual." He sips his drink. "What I am looking for is a way outta this place."
Re: The Merc Bar - Private thread for Angel and Liri
"Well, there are roads leading to and from this place. And generally, after a day's travel, there's another inn, where people may be happy for entertainment." Liri's expression seems to say: "Honestly, I have no idea where your problem is."

Re: The Merc Bar - Private thread for Angel and Liri
"Lets just say I am used to company, travelling on my own is not really that much fun." Eldon looks around warily before leaning in close to Liri, "Tell me have you Heard of the Viatori?" he says in a soft whisper his hand falling on her leg for a brief moment.

Angel glares at the man a moment, something akin to a growl on her lips.

Re: The Merc Bar - Private thread for Angel and Liri
"The viatori? That people of legend? What do you know them?" Liri looks at Eldon with wide, admiring eyes.

Re: The Merc Bar - Private thread for Angel and Liri
"Legend?" He laughs openly, his hair shaking as he moves his head, "They are not Legend, rather they choose to stay hidden, why bother the world?" Glancing at Angel he grins. "Not my usual reaction from the Ladies I assure you."
Returning his attention to Liri he flips a single copper across his fingers, while watching her reaction. "I traveled with them for some time, being with them became habit."
"So what about you? What brings you to this dump? You guys planning on moving on?" He misses a finger, nearly dropping the coin.

Re: The Merc Bar - Private thread for Angel and Liri
Liri laughs. "Oh, I should have said legendary. I know they are real, but I have not yet met any of them. So you have been travelling with them? How interesting."
