"I know they didn't treat you all that well." Laurana says to Tanis quietly, "Gilthanas told me, but they are still your people." Lifting her head she looks to the direction they were traveling. "We go to Solace?"

"Paladine?" Goldmoon looks at Sturm. "Who is Paladine? I could ask Mishakal to help him, that is true, but I would need to rest first and pray. That would take longer than the poison needs to wear off, I am sure."

(ooc: I have a question regarding spells: If there is too little time after a rest to pray for all the spells a cleric can have per day, is it possible to pray for just a few and pray for the other ones sometime later?)

(ooc: I think the Paladine reference was a typo!)

Goldmoon hugs Riverwind. "I am so sorry I can't help you right now. But you will be safe with Sturm, I am sure."

With the funeral complete, there's little reason to stay. Sturm mounts his new horse, and the others help him get Riverwind up there. The party then sets off. The road the party is following heads up into the mountains, so it's slow going.

Almost immediately, Flint begins sneezing like crazy. "Tanis! Tanis, switch places with me. I can't--" he sneezes violently, "--deal with this horse!"

Sighing, Tanis agrees, so the allergic dwarf can get away from the horsehair.

After nearly an hour of travel, Riverwind finds he can move again.

"That .... was .... an .....interesting..... experience. Thank ..... you ... all"

He slow begins to relieve his cramped muscles with some stretching.

"Its good to have you back." Laurana smiles at last, "You do not like Horses Master Flint?" she asks the Dwarf as she walks.

Flint rubs at his nose vigorously with his handkerchief. "Can't stand 'em. Damned horse hair...sets my nose off. Lousy allergies," he grumbles between wipes.

With Riverwind able to move on his own again, he presumably dismounts the horse and rejoins Goldmoon.

The party continues on as far and as late as they can. But eventually, despite making little progress, they are forced to stop for the night.

"Let's set up camp here," Tanis says. "Gather some wood for a fire--a small one, though. Let's try not to attract too much attention. We should reach Solace sometime tomorrow."

Goldmoon looks at everybody's provisions. Is there a stream or other source of water so Arkiss can drink?

"Some of us still have provisions, while others have none" she states. "If those who have share, I do not need to ask Mishakal for new food, and we can be on the move more quickly tomorrow" she tells the group. If there is no water nearby, she'll cast Create Water so Arkiss can drink.

"Do we set up a guard?" she asks Tanis. "I will need at least four hours of uninterrupted sleep, and one and a half hour for prayers."

There are no streams or rivers nearby, unfortunately. Goldmoon has a day's worth of food and water left. Raven-eye, Riverwind, Magpie and Sunstar have no rations or water at all. Everyone else has at least four days worth of both, so sharing will work. There's also the rabbit haunches that Sturm looted from the draconians.

If Goldmoon creates water for the horse, she will need a place to put it. Unless she intends for the horse to simply lap up whatever isn't soaked up in the ground.

"We'll absolutely need a watch set," Tanis agrees. "I'd say, teams of two, switch out every two hours. That way, everyone gets plenty of rest and the camp stays protected."

(OOC: Who shares with who? And who wants to take which watch?)

Tas raises his hand and searches his pockes with this other hand while balancing his hoopak using a leg. "I'll take early watch! I can hunt for food and stuffs." He looks at the others and suggests. "Berries and nuts, of course. It might be good for sneezing. I can't be sure, but it would make sense. Food is better than a horse."

"Magpie set traps? Catch some nice food?" The gully dwarf perks up, so far the walk had been rather interesting, these people were different, no one called her Stupid, and the Pretty Elf was kind. "I help?"

"You can do that?" Laurana asks with a smile, although she was a little worried what the Dwarf might catch, "Should one of us go with her? Tas would you go with her?"

Laurana will take a watch with a Human, so she can see when they can't.

"We can use these." Sturm says as he opens the saddle bags, producing the Rabbit steaks, he had been considering the water situation for some time, he will share his food with the Plainspeople, (his and goldmoons food should be enough for the five of them for now).

He gives Arkiss some water from his waterbottle for now.

"Can you look for a source of water too? Perhaps a Hunter should go?"

He will take watch with Tas, to keep an "eye" on him.

Tas hops over towards Sturm and blinks upward with pleading eyes. "I bet I have some string for traps!"
