I was tempted to try my hand at playing Erastin, but gladly leave him to you, Jerrard, and play a loyal supporter :D.

Actually, they're all very interesting, I'll let Gaia and Luna choose first, that might mean the decision is less hard...

Of course Erastin is young, no reason he has to be serious, look at Sir Markham in the Twins books. lol
Absolutely. The pre-gens are all fairly colorful, but there are lots of gaps in their personalities that can be filled by the players. For instance, Horizon recently speculated on whether Jinali would be afraid of fire (after she was nearly burned at the stake). And that's totally feasible. Players are encouraged to fill in the blanks as much as they like. That's part of the fun of pre-gens is putting your own twist on them.
