Background Information:
*History: Searos was born the son of a skilled jeweler with a thriving store in the City of Greyhawk. However, his mother died soon after when struck by a rogue trading caravan. His father was devastated and ended up turning to drink, gambling, and prostitutes. As Searos grew older, his father would go into violent mood swings; one moment he would be tender and teaching, and another he would leave Searos bound in a small chest for a day. Despite his increasing alcoholism, his father still recognized that his son could be a skilled tradesman like himself and in his more sober moments taught his son many of his skills. However, with debts racking up and loan sharks constantly calling, he also taught his son how to fake valuables. Eventually, his cheating got the better of him and Searos' father angered the wrong people. Searos never knew who came for his father, or what guild he had cheated the most. But in one of his last acts, his father managed to hide Searos away so the people who had come for the father would not also punish the son. When it was safe, Searos began living on the streets or in boarding houses when he could scrape the money together through street games or doing odd jobs for whatever guild needed him. He developed into a quick and spry fellow but little nutrition growing up never really "filled out." Also, due to the unstable environment he grew up, Searos himself developed an unstable personality. He is known to copy the cues of the people around him and has been known to be both kind and cruel. In general though, sometimes Searos' anger at his past comes through and in his weaker moments, he has trouble being the former and trends towards the latter.

If Searos wants to talk to the fishermen, he should not linger in the inn for long, they are all in the harbour now getting their gear ready for the next day.

When Searos comes down to the docks, he sees the fishermen going about their afternoon business of checking nets and getting the boats ready for the next morning. There is a lot of chatter and prattle going on. In the group closest to the village, Searos can see one of the men who lost the most money to him the night before. He's looking up, then he points to Searos and says something to his friends. His face looks quite angry.

Searos cheerfully waves at the men and walks on up to them. "Good afternoon gentleman! Its quite a lovely day, isn't it?"

The man who lost so much money to Searos just turns away and spits on the ground, the others turn to Searos with a wide grin, but say nothing, opening a way between Searos and the man. If only Searos could remember his name...

Searos jerks a thumb at the man spitting. "Is he alright? He seems rather upset about something." He calls to the man "You know, there's always a chance you can win your money back!"

[Breila]

"Yeah, and there is also the chance of losing it twice over" is the gruff answer. "I'm not the kind of man to make the same mistake twice." He turns away and walks to a boat a few paces away, getting himself to work on the rowlock.

Searos shakes his head and says to the group "You know, you shouldn't step up to the table unless you're okay with what can happen. So other than your newly poor friend, do you guys know anyone else who might have a little too much coin for his own good? I need a new man at my dicing table if he's going to skip out."
