one secret door check can cover a 10x20' section of wall. this usually takes about 10 mins. the walls in this corridor are fairly plain stoework, so you could cut that down to 5 mins. With 2 people you could cover the hall in that time (one left, one right) or you could double up and have 2 people search each side.

Just be sure to specify who is searching where

Top is closed, bottom is closed. Side Parallel to the opposite wall opened to reveal an empty rectangular space (like the interior of a chest) to be visually empty. Visual is the farthest inspection done on that space so far [hint, cough hint]
