Make sure to read (at least) the initial game post and maybe the most recent ones (after Jack/ Chris107's char joined).

We can say the others set out ahead and those in camp notified you the initial team requested some fighters. You saw Landro (a Firbolg fighter played by Rainshadow) avoid a trap on the stairs and so avoided it yourself as well.

The party is currently on a chain bridge beside a chain ladder.
