Kendra takes the dagger from Magus. "Let him up," she says to the Baaz holding Sadron down. "And give me a little privacy. It shouldn't take long."

"While I do agree the church is more effective, I should be allowed a go considering that I was just held by them for a few hours," Kendra pointed out. "I'm sure the prefect would allow at least that much."

"I would rather interrogate him personally," Kendra admits. "But for the time being, we should return."

"I thought the same thing, but they didn't quite seem interested in keeping me as a hostage. They didn't really know what to do with me, so they left me behind with this elf. Is the prefect at the mansion?" she asks. "I should return so I can receive my punishment for failing."

"Off being useless?" Kendra asks. "I'm afraid I'm not sure where he was taken."

Kendra knows that there isn't another way out of this room, she is presses her back up against the wall near the hinges of the door. If the door ends up swinging open, then it should hide her for a few moments. Even if that doesn't work, she hopes that she will be hidden long enough for her to eithe...

Kendra rushes over to her weapons and picks them up. She is actually surprised that Sadron is allowing her to do this, but what choice does he have? She walks back over to the door, and whispers to Sadron. "We can either let them come in here, or we can jump out and surprise attack them."

Kendra suddenly falls extremely quiet as she hears just how close the person on the other side is. She taps Sadron on the shoulder and mouths ~Where are my weapons?~ Kendra could possibly see four ways out of this situation. She could take Sadron prisoner, which would lead them back to the mansion. ...

"Magus," Kendra says. "He disappeared during the fight, correct?" she asks. "So, after things calmed down, it is quite possible that he followed you guys here."

"I don't really know where we are in the sewers," Kendra says. "Where is the closest hatch to the surface?"

"Eventually, with this plan, I do rejoin them," Kendra points out. "But you escape first, which is what I'm aiming for. I'm not going to tell them about what is happening at the mansion either, so you don't have to worry about that. Just worry about getting yourself out of here."

"They are most likely looking for me," Kendra whispers to Sadron. "What's the plan? You can tie me up again, and try to use me to escape," she says in a whisper.

Kendra watches Sadron before she finally sits up and joins him at the door. She knows that his ears are a lot better than hers, but she wants to know if she can make out any of the voices.
