Re: WotL OOC Thread III

Here the bard is messing about trying to bend bars when he has knock memorises... Random outburst of rage, dragon army comes rolling in messing up his hometown all over again. Raises taxes, ships people off to slave camps, soldiers are ducks at the checkpoints. Prefect doesn't care for plight of cit...

Re: WotL OOC Thread III

High charisma just isn't enough sometimes :)

Very important question, from what I remember the last time I had Gregeddin memories spells it was Hypnotism and Message. I know that he has learnt mending and knock, but I don't know if they are memorised or not (or how many spell slots he has these days)

Re: CH. 10: Hard Choices

Gregeddin feels his way over to the door of the cell, he tries the handle. "Maybe they forgot to lock it..." The bard thinks silently to himself. If he is not successful in opening the door the conventional way, he feels around the bars trying to figure out if the door is on hinges, if the...

Re: Chapter 1, Landing at Port Collins

Arabella pipes up "Ohh ohh, wait! I've got it! Give it cod liver oil!" "Shipwright as rain!" Isabel chips in "Scuttle the bugger!" Annabelle offers. They moan in unison as their guesses are wrong and chuckle at the solution, praising Sorin and his jokes. [OOC, I did mea...

Re: Chapter 1, Landing at Port Collins

Hihim heads up onto the main deck, leaving the other passengers and his fellow contractors in the hold. His eyes adjust slowly to the contrast in light, the world around him was grey and flat with little variance in the lighting. Clouds, mist and the sea all blending into one, was quite disorienting...

Re: CH. 10: Hard Choices

Gregeddin does his best to remember the route he is lead down. Unfortunately he didn't notice a handy set of jailers keys dangling anywhere or on the baaz, or maybe he could have tried to slip them up his sleeve. After a short bout of shouting through the bars, the bard wonders where his things were...

Re: Chapter 1, Landing at Port Collins

The ladies erupt with laughter, cackling loudly at Sorin's joke. The children don't seem to quite understand but laugh along anyway with the ladies. Caavus has a sour look on his face, he butt's in, "Alright, alright, pretty good. But now listen to a real gem. There was once a man who went to t...

Re: Chapter 1, Landing at Port Collins

The rest of the passengers don't seem to notice Meran going up to the hooded figure, Patrice is obliviously daydreaming about riches in mountains, the others deep in their conversations or story telling. The hooded figure makes no sound, the only indication that he acknowledges Meran is to turn thei...

Re: CH. 10: Hard Choices

"So desperate to tell the city how vulnerable you are, interesting..." Gregeddin muses aloud to Tethys as he is pulled backwards by the soldiers, dragging his heels so he can keep eye contact for just that second longer. Eventually he carries his own weight and complies with the Baaz. &qu...

Re: WotL OOC Thread II

You'll have to see what word comes out from Tethys of course, maybe a quick rescue from public execution might be in order, swinging in on ropes and swooping Gregeddin off to safety. Or assassinate the Prefect if he's present. Never short of dramatic ideas, better then the bard rotting away in his c...

Re: Chapter 1, Landing at Port Collins

Patrice stares and smiles wildly at Meran's words "Mountains, so beautiful, so so sparkly. I'm here for their riches of course, I'll be the first to find them, all of them, for me." Patrice jangles a pickaxe poking out the top of his pack. "All for me" Patrice repeats, smiling at...

Re: CH. 10: Hard Choices

Gregeddin makes no attempt to resist the Baaz, From what he gathered about them and judging from their armour and weapons, fighting wouldn't go down well right now. Instead, the bard returns Tethy's stare and sends words lashing back at the Prefect. "What's this about Pax Tharkas? I wouldn't wa...
