(Jakob)
I hear Fezor's comment as I come out of the magical trance as well, but my mind takes a different tack on it. "More importantly, can you control whom you might effect? Or is it just anyone who can hear the music, other than our redoubtable elves, apparently."

Re: Act 3, Episode 3 - Huddle in the Commons
(Jakob) As I walk down the stairs and hear the music, I find myself unable to stop from joining the dance. Even though I definitely don't want to, and Gods know I'm not any good, off my feet go and I find myself doing a square dance style from back home. It's not easy to do while wearing armor and m...

Re: Act 3 OOC Chat
My plan is just an initial, drawn out of air idea. But no plan survives contact with the enemy, so depending on what the GM has in mind, my plan may be modified, radically changed, or totally discarded as needed. Or we could just decide on another plan of action. I'm cool either way, just trying to ...

Re: Act 3, Episode 2 - Hobgoblin Patrol
(Jakob) I listen a moment but my mind is somewhat elsewhere. "I do indeed. And I have the beginnings of a plan. It's the bare bones of one and I surely welcome everyone's advice." I draw a circle in the dirt with an X on one side and a Y on the other. "When we find the hobgoblins, in ...

Re: Act 3, Episode 2 - Hobgoblin Patrol
(Jakob) "You've said they usually work all night and return to their fortress at dawn to sleep the day away? Logging is hard work, even for strong men. I would say that we should get as close as we could to their work without being discovered and await the predawn light. I've heard that hobgobl...

Re: Act 3 OOC Chat
No problem about the Passover thing. There are more important things than a game, after all.
I do admit to having questions now about the dryad. Does she have 22 hours left to live or 60-90 days?

Re: Act 3, Episode 1: Darian's Wall
(Jakob) "You make good sense, Fezor. Varis is a warrior, judging by his armor and weapons, so of the lot of us, he should surely lead. Nalanilos may be of help to find our trail, but he's also a wizard like yourself. I'll be honest, I find myself unsure of just what lady Willow can do. I am no ...

Just started watching "Dungeons and Dragons: The Book of Vile Darkness" on SyFy channel this morning. The main character is a paladin of Pelor, which I can now properly place on Greyhawk! This game we're playing now has now officially taught me something!

Re: Act 3, Episode 1: Darian's Wall
(Jakob) I watch as we sail towards the immense wall. " A most impressive construction. I look forward to seeing it up close, if we get the chance. But it does bring to mind a tale I have heard from another land. The lords of that place built a wall around their kingdom. It was most impressive t...

Re: Act 2, Episode 2: Rights of Fishermen
(Jakob) After I've returned the wine to the elves, I walk over to Fezor and give him a friendly clap on the back. "Rest easy now, friend. Our way to continue is clear and we have made new allies this day. If only all of our troubles could be conquered with naught but honeyed words. I fear the h...
